We offer multiple payment options to ensure your purchase is secure and convenient.

Payment Options

• Pay via online checkout or Interac e-Transfer.
• Wholesale orders over $500 may request a direct invoice.
• The RI40P discount code is automatically applied at checkout for orders of $1,000 or more.

Service Billing

• All services require upfront billing with a minimum of 3 hours.
• Effective July 1, 2025, our rates are:
  • $75/hour
  • $2,000 for a 40-hour week ($50/hour – a savings of $25/hour)

Commitment to Satisfaction

• Full refund for non-delivered orders prior to production.
• Cancellations of single items before shipping are subject to a $10 fee.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Free local delivery is available within Calgary.
